Ingredients:
3 chicken breasts, deboned and skinned
2 C almond flour
2 Tbsp arrowroot powder
2 tsp salt
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp onion powder
½ tsp dry mustard
1/8 tsp black pepper
¾ C olive oil
1. Mix dry ingredients together.
2. Cube chicken breasts (or strip) in 1" cubes.
3. Dip in olive oil.
4. Roll in flour!
5. When done they will be golden brown and the fluid run clear. :D
Bake for 15-20 min at 400*F.
